Refund and cancellation Policy

By submitting the fees, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for complying with all
academic, behavioral, and financial regulations set forth by BJAS. Once the fees are paid at
BJAS, they are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. All students and their
guardians are strongly advised to carefully review the terms, conditions, and policies of the
institution.


However, in the event of a cancellation, a refund may be considered only if the full fee amount
has been paid in advance and the refund request is submitted at least one month prior to the
scheduled start date. In such cases, GST charges and applicable administrative fees will be
deducted from the refundable amount. It is important to note that partial payments or deposits
are not eligible for any refund under any condition.


All refund requests must be formally submitted in writing and must include valid supporting
documentation, such as a medical certificate issued by a recognized healthcare provider and
any other relevant evidence that justifies the reason for cancellation. Submissions lacking
required documentation will not be processed.


Refund applications are subject to strict review and approval by the BJAS administration.
Please be advised that submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval, and any
decision made by the administration will be considered final and binding.
BJAS reserves the right to modify its refund and cancellation policy at any time without prior
notice. It is the responsibility of the student and their guardian to remain informed of the latest
policies as outlined on the official BJAS website or in official communications.
