Diploma in Film Acting

Unlock your potential with our industry-recognised Diploma in Film Acting programs. Designed to transform aspiring performers into confident, professional actors, our courses provide an intensive, comprehensive, and challenging training experience trusted for over 20 years. With dozens of successful graduates working in films, OTT, theatre, and advertising, this is India’s true career course for actors.
Students train in international acting techniques, script work, on-camera performance, and a wide range of professional practices that empower you to “turn yourself inside out” and truly Become an Actor.

Certificate in Acting

In Mumbai –
Weekends, 13 weeks, Saturday-Sunday 9 am – 1.30 PM
In Delhi – Weekends, 13 weeks, Saturday-Sunday 9 am – 1.30 PM
Fee for Weekend Course: Rs 65,000 + 18% GST = Rs 76,700. 50% at registration, 50% one month after course begins.
Fee for Full-time Course: Rs 1,00,000 + 18% GST = Rs 1,18,000. Full paymet. before course begins.

Weekend Filmmaking

Part-time 3-month Course, Weekends
In Delhi – Saturday & Sunday, 3.00 – 6.00 PM – some film project work outside class
The Weekend Filmmaking course covers the basics of filmmaking with an emphasis on writing and directing. The course includes a progressive series of short filmmaking exercises and hands-on instruction in the basics of script writing, editing, camera, lights and sound.
Course Fee: Rs 50,000 + 18% GST = Rs 59,000

Young Actors Club

In our Young Actors Club acting course for children we use Drama for the healthy development of the child. With drama activities and theatre games, children can be themselves, perform and play. Eight or ten weekends of games and exercises with a final performance for friends and family.

6-Month Diploma in Film Acting

The 6-month program includes everything in the 4-month diploma, but offers additional time, deeper exploration, and more project-based learning for students who want extra mastery.
What makes the 6-month course different:
More time to practice advanced techniques (Meisner, improvisation, character development, script analysis)
Additional on-camera projects with increased complexity
Extended rehearsal hours for scenes, monologues, and filmed performances
Extra filmmaking assignments and collaborative exercises
Greater focus on fine-tuning performance, emotional detail, vocal craft, and screen presence
Final projects that allow for multiple takes, reshoots, and higher production value
This extended diploma is ideal for students who want more depth, more practice, more footage, and more time to refine their craft before stepping into the professional world.

Theatre Group – Mumbai

Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Fee for Theatre Group: Rs 5000/month
Payment: Monthly payments.

This is an ongoing group where you’ll explore all facets of stage production, from acting to stage management, design, and directing. Ideal for BJAS graduates and working actors, entry by audition only.

Fees and Payments Conditions – Please Note

To register for any BJAS course, first fill in and submit the form above.
Course fees are noted just below the form and on the payments page.
After you submit the online Admission Form, the easiest way to pay is online on our Payments page. Click the link or the Make a Payment button below. Other payment options include paying by cheque or cash at the Studios, paying by credit card in person at the Studios, or transferring by NEFT. Please do NOT send us a payment until your seat is confirmed by email or phone.
Young Actors Club courses are always paid in full online or by cash or cheque at the venues or at BJAS Studios.
We are required by law to add 18% GST on Certificate, Diploma, and Film Workshop courses.
Please note that the course fee will not be refunded once the payment is made. Any other course changes or admission concerns will be decided by BJAS Directors. See our Cancellations and Refunds page.
